I am passionate about helping people learn how they can feel better using simple, practical strategies.

I have been teaching yoga since 2003. I teach yoga to children and adults of all ages and physical abilities.  My students include corporate clients, schools, hospitals, people with special needs, care home residents and, of course, private individuals. The yoga I teach is based on hatha yoga, infused with mindfulness, embodiment and personal development elements.  My students named it Annabel Yoga. It is more than just yoga.

I grew up in Caterham and, having lived in various countries, am enjoying living in Caterham again. I love doing AcroYoga (a combination of yoga with acrobatics and Thai massage), going for walks and reading. The natural curiosity in me loves learning and discovering new places and things, not to mention meeting new people. I look forward to meeting you.
