Ideally situated in the centre of Dartford, The Royal Victoria and Bull Hotel has been offering a relaxed and comfortable stay for its guests for centuries. Whilst the current form of the venue was built in 1703, an inn is believed to have been on this spot since the 14th century and has been a vital part of the local area, acting as both a cattle market and corn exchange at various points in its history. Today, we have a great range of beers, wines and spirits in our bar, large portions of classic British fayre in our restaurant and excellent value for the business traveller and leisure guest with our hotel rooms.'
Mary's Child is a project that aims to love, to care for and to support families in need, in a variety of ways. Mary's Child responds to requests from the community, community organisations and agencies, as well as from individuals, to provide practical support to famililes in need. Mary's child is able to find, collect and re-distribute beds, tables, chairs and other pieces of furniture from the generosity of others. The project also provides clothing for adults, children and babies as well as toys and other much needed household items. Both churches provide food through a 'Parish Pantry' (a simple form of Food Bank), as well as on-going pastoral care and support. Mary's Child, through the generosity of the ASDA foundation is able to provide storage for the much needed items.
