My students include corporate clients, schools, hospitals, people with special needs, care home residents and, of course, private individuals. The yoga I teach is based on hatha yoga, infused with mindfulness, embodiment and personal development elements. My students named it Annabel Yoga.

BRIEF BIO: Brief about YOU: An early career in Reinsurance instilled a high level of speed and accuracy in producing legal documents, and later experience in event management honed my skills in administration and organisation, whilst ensuring a relaxed and friendly approach. Having worked with Civil Wills since 2011, I passed the IPW Associate exam in 2015 and, three years later, the main entrance exam to become a Full Member. I long to break the social taboo around the D-word, enabling people to have honest, open and healthy conversations about end-of-life planning – emotions and all. Outside Willwriting, my passion lies with the world of Girlguiding, helping girls (and their leaders) develop into the best they can be. They say it takes a village to raise a child; I’m very happy to be part of that. Aside from this, I love to sing and play piano, and when time allows, to get out on my motorbike or potter round the garden
